♡ What is your processing time?
Orders take 8-10 business days to be completed.
♡ What's the difference between standard and expedited shipping?
Standard shipping is 3-5 business days. Expedited shipping is 2-3 business days.
♡ What should I do if I need to make changes to my order?
Send an email to zumillxo@gmail.com with the order number, your first and last name, and the changes you'd like to make.
♡ I haven't received a CONFIRMATION number. What should I do?
If you have not received a confirmation number after placing an order, send an email to zumillxo@gmail.com with your name and order number so that we can send it out again.
♡ I haven't received a TRACKING number. What should I do?
Tracking numbers are sent when your order is completed and ready to be shipped out, not when the order has just been placed. Wait 10 business days. If you have not received a tracking number after the ten days, you may send an email to zumillxo@gmail.com for an update.
♡ What if I have a custom request?
Please add any custom request you have in the notes section. If it is possible, I will go ahead and fulfill your order with the custom request. If not possible, I will simply complete the order as I normally would. I do my best to include all customizations when requested!
